- 1 14.5 oz can chicken broth
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 15.5 oz can pinto beans
- 1 14.5 oz can corn -- drained
- 1 16 oz can pork and beans
- 1 package chili seasoning mix
- 2 14.5 oz can chopped tomatoes
Put all ingredients in crock pot and simmer all day.
Each serving: 1 1/2 C. = 2g fat, 2g fiber or 2B, 1V
POINTS : 1 (155 Cal., 1.5 g. fat, 8.9 g. fiber)
