- Ground Turkey
- Can black beans
- Corn
- Cumin (other spices to taste)
- Cook ground turkey and crumble it in a skillet (like you would ground beef)
- When turkey is done add a can of black beans(rinsed and drained), a can of corn or some frozen corn, cumin and whatever south western flavors you can think of.
This is just a "throw it together recipe" its very tasty. I have no idea what the calories, protein, carb or fat grams are. Its just something you can throw together when you're in a hurry and don't have a lot of time to cook...you only dirty up one skillet!
