Carb Count: Approx. 1 in each piece
- 3 slices of round bologna
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 slices round cheese, any kind
- Spread mustard thinly on the slices of bologna. Stack the bologna alternately with the cheese.
- Stick 6 toothpicks at equidistant intervals through the stack to hold it together.
- Cut the stack into pie shaped wedges with one toothpick per wedge.
