Low Carb Mock Pumpkin Cheesecake

Mock Pumpkin Cheesecake

9 total carbs (7 net) for entire recipe

½ cup canned pumpkin
1 (3-oz.) cube cream cheese
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 packet Splenda

Heat in microwave 40 seconds & enjoy!

I have something very similar in the fridge right now, but I smear a little inside a low carb tortilla or half a sheet of lavash bread and bake it for a fried pumpkin pie... yummy
