Creamed Cauliflower

Creamed Cauliflower

head of fresh cauliflower
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

Cut up cauliflower and cook in water until tender.
Drain or let it cook off.......Add cream and cook till it thickens about 5 minutes.
Mix in cheddar cheese and let it melt.
