CREAM CHEESE EGGS

CREAM CHEESE EGGS

2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons soft cream cheese with chives

Melt the butter in a small skillet. Add the eggs and cream cheese. Stir and cook to desired doneness.

Makes 1 serving
Do not freeze

Per Serving: 341 Calories; 31g Fat; 15g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs
