- 1 head broccoli
- 1/8 cup onion, chopped fine
- 4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 packets Splenda
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces and mix with onion and bacon.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the broccoli mixture; mix well.
