Thursday Thirteen--Groceries

Thirteen Things TC bought today because she is starting WW CORE
I am still working out how CORE works so if anyone has any advice or information to share I would love it. I am joining WW itself in two weeks when we get paid again.
  1. Plain, Fat Free, unsweetened yogurt
  2. Pears
  3. Apples
  4. Squash
  5. turnips
  6. zucchini
  7. Quinoa
  8. Couscous
  9. Cornmeal
  10. Whole Wheat Pasta
  11. Splenda
  12. Veggie Burgers
  13. Frozen Veggies (LOTS)

Have to admit, I have absolutely no clue what 'Quinoa' is and wouldn't know where to begin looking for it in the supermarket!! Big zucchini fan though!

Core is to hard core for me. I'm doing Flex. I need to be able to eat anything I want - even if it's just a freaking tiny-winy portion.

Come on in for a nice cup of coffee and a chat about my weight loss journey as well as all the healthy recipes I have found, including WW points and/or nutritional information if available.
