I was curious, so headed back a few posts, as I was sure there would be an explanation. :-)<BR/><BR/>Welcome back to low-carbing. It is possible to low-carb and keep the fat lower. I eat moderate carbs, so my fat level is not as high as in the days when I was eating as low as 30 grams a day.
